You can't miss the Brownsville Station sign with it's signature maroon roof when you arrive at 110 Wood St.
If the weather is nice, you might even find Bully taking a siesta out by the sign. We are located in the center of Starkville convenient access to MSU (1.5 miles)
and Main Street (1.3 miles).
1 Bedrooms are available in two different floor plans. They are all on lower level. Each unit has a spa tub in the bathroom. Most come with faux marble (painted/glazed) concrete floors in a variety of colors.
If you are looking for something a little more private we have the 1 bedroom Cottages. They are two story house's. The bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs. Living room, Kitchen and laundry area are on first floor.
Also, we have two different 2 bedroom floor plans. Both floor plans are two floored apartments with entry's on 2nd floor.(Concrete is between the first and second floor for quitter living). Each two bedroom has a half bath downstairs off the living area and 2 full baths on the third level. The Master bathroom is featured with a spa tub and in most apartments the 2nd bedroom has it's very own bathroom.
All apartments have a covered concrete patio located off the living area. We provide each unit with a Full size Washer/Dryer, Refrigerator,Stove, Dishwasher and Garbage Disposal.
